Park at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park at 8465 Alkire Road, Parking is free, but you must register your vehicle at the long term parking wooden box near the southbound ramp to the bridge over the Darby Creek. Registration is required so they know who the vehicle belongs to and when you will be back. The Metro Park uses this system to detect if they need to look for someone who went canoeing and did not return when they stated they would.
